About Shane

As a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), I develop end-to-end marketing strategies and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results—all without the cost of a full-time marketing executive.
Since founding Shane Rasnak Digital in 2014, I’ve partnered with over 80 companies across industries like healthcare, education, and professional services, with a focus on scaling high-ticket offerings. My clients have ranged from startups and local businesses to world-class institutions like the University of Pennsylvania and NYU.

In addition to my consulting experience, I served as Director of Digital Strategy & Paid Social at Condor Growth, a NYC-based agency specializing in healthcare marketing. There, I developed digital marketing strategies, managed paid media budgets, and drove measurable growth in competitive, regulated markets.

Earlier in my career, I was a founding member and Director of Marketing at ReWork, a tech-driven recruiting company. Over three years, I built and led the marketing team, helping to grow the company from 0 to 50,000 users and establishing its client base for recruiting services. ReWork was acquired by Koya Partners, a nationally recognized executive search firm.

I hold a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. As a Certified Fractional CMO with CMOx®, I bring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to empower purpose-driven businesses to scale with confidence.
